• Meet and greet of passengers upon their arrival

• Collection and transportation of the customer' luggage through customs
• Escort of the clients to their next arranged transportation mean
• In the unfortunate event of lost luggage, assistance with the formalities and follow up until luggage is found and delivered to the customers

DEPARTURES

• Pre-contact with the customer or his driver to confirm flights and other arrangements 
• Meeting of the car at the curb and collection of all luggage
• Assistance with tax refund process
• Transportation of luggage to the appropriate check-in counter
• Assistance in clearing security checks and obtaining the necessary boarding passes
• Priority passage through immigration and airport security
• Escort to the airline V.I.P lounge or to the gate for pre-boarding
